Return Policy

Eligibility

This return policy applies to tires purchased online through our website. Tires purchased and installed in-store are not eligible for return.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer protection law.

The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the tires.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the tires must meet the following conditions:

• The tires must be unused and not driven on
• The tires must not have been mounted on a rim
• The tires must be in their original packaging
• You must provide your order confirmation or receipt

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and reason for the return
• We will provide you with return instructions and a return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned tires, we will process your refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Tires that have been mounted on a rim
• Tires that show signs of use or road wear
• Custom-ordered tires or special sizes ordered specifically for you
• Tires damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the tires are defective or the wrong product was delivered. You may also return the tires in person at our location.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your tires for a different size or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
